Orinoco Miniatures Colonel Thomas Ferrier.
I may be doing both the sculptor & the late Col. Ferrier a grave injustice in interpreting the miniature below as his likeness, but he does fit the bill rather nicely:

I think that is a marvelous pose, HGA. Excellent work on the buttons and piping, as well as flora on the base. Best, Dean
